It is an absolute honour for me to be judging the European Open 2027. I am looking forward to seeing all the talented teams and sharing the excitement, challenges, and unforgettable moments that make this event so special. Through my courses, I hope to provide competitors with a rewarding and enjoyable challenge. I can hardly wait for July to arrive!
A little about me: I am 49 years old and have been involved in agility for 34 years. During that time, I have trained and competed with nine different dogs. With the exception of my two youngest dogs, I have qualified with every one of them for multiple European Opens and World Championships, experiences that have shaped my passion for the sport.
I obtained my national judging license fourteen years ago and my FCI judging license ten years ago. As a judge, I enjoy designing fast and challenging courses, particularly at the highest level, where teams are encouraged to find the most efficient lines while demonstrating precision, speed, and teamwork.
My goal is to create courses that bring out the very best in both dogs and handlers, while ensuring a fair, enjoyable, and memorable experience for everyone involved.
I wish all competitors the best of luck, a wonderful week filled with great runs and special memories, and just that little bit of luck that is sometimes needed in our sport.
